Friday Church Plant Prayer Post for July 16

“Grant that I may not pray alone with the mouth; help me that I may pray from the depths of my heart.” Martin Luther

The Car Wash Outreach was a big success...we had 21 volunteers and made 40+ touches with people in our community. Word has begun spreading!

If you would like to be part of future events, please contact me by emailing me here, checking out our Events page, or by connecting on our new church Facebook page.

Prayer Requests:
  1. Outreach Events.  Tomorrow, July 17 we are doing our Food for Huber Outreach (corner of Wayne Meadows and Fischer). This is where we give away groceries to those who need a little extra help. I am also working with a group of 20+ teenagers doing various outreach projects throughout Huber Heights. We will be handing out bottles of water and giving away ice cream at the water park. July 24 is our Ice Cream/Popsicle Giveaway at the Cloud Park Waterpark. Kids are swarming to this new attraction at the park, and it is a good opportunity to meet our neighbors. If you would like to volunteer or donate toward these outreaches, please contact me.
  2. Truck and Trailer. Please be praying that God provides a dependable, inexpensive (preferably free) pickup truck and trailer for use in outreach and moving of the church supplies.
  3. Continue to pray that God would bring people who are interested in helping into contact with us. We continue to need dependable people with a commitment to serve the hurting and reach the lost.
  4. Our first monthly service is Sunday, September 12 at 10am at the Hampton at 5588 Merily Way in Huber Heights. Please also be praying for people to attend and others to sign on as volunteers and launch team members. I am praying that God would give us an attendance of 30 people for our first monthly service. Please also pray that God supplies the money for the rental and the equipment we need.
